Refund policy

RISK FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All of our products carry a risk-free 7-day return and exchange window, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale. All items must be unworn (with the exception of trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.

Bundle or Packs are non refundable, only one time size exchange is allowed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All orders are eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale (those Final Sale items will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Also, sale of gift cards are not refundable.

Refunds

We’ll process your refund once we receive and check your returned item. Once your return is approved, we’ll initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
